We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect for the sole purpose of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the operation of our site, protecting the card holders from fraudulent purchases, serving advertisements, for statistical purposes, and to administer our systems. We are not currently using any third parties to help us fulfill orders but we reserve the right to do so and therefore to give them access to the information needed to do their job. All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, davidgage.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, davidgage.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced items whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, davidgage.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Domestic and International Shipping
Domestic Shipping
For most of our domestic orders we ship via UPS or USPS. Options available range from standard Ground to Next Day Air Early AM. The shipping is calculated based on the UPS quote plus a handling fee. The exact quote for your order is available as soon as you start the checkout process (assuming you are already registered and logged in).
International Shipping
The only option available during the order process is standard international shipping. If you need faster delivery, please contact us via email or phone and we will try to accommodate you. The shipping is calculated based on the Mercury shipping quote plus a handling fee. The exact quote for your order is available as soon as you start the checkout process (assuming you are already registered and logged in).
Customs and duties for international orders are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Heavy and oversized items (i.e. bass and cello cases, Czech-Ease basses, and all basses and cellos) are subject to additional shipping charges. Upon completion of the order process we will email you the exact cost of shipping the oversized item you ordered and we will ship and charge you for the order once we have your approval of the shipping cost.
Below are some sample shipping prices for oversized items (The Gage Case):
To Jacksonville, Florida: $138 (5 day delivery)
To Scotsdale, Arizona: $175 (5 day delivery)
To Tehuacana, Texas: $300 (5 day delivery)

David Gage String Instruments covers the shipping insurance for orders of $500 or less. For orders over $500, the shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
